Is 10k Miles free?
Yes — browsing destinations, guides, and price alerts on one route is free. The Pro plan unlocks unlimited price alerts, trip planning, and premium deal feeds.
Do you sell flights or hotels directly?
No. We search and compare, then hand you off to trusted booking providers (Aviasales, Travelpayouts partners). Your booking, payment, and confirmation happen on their platform.
How do price alerts work?
Set a target price for a route or hotel. We monitor it and email you when the price drops below your threshold. Free users get 1 active alert; Pro gets unlimited.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription and click Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no further charges.
Why do prices sometimes differ from the booking site?
Prices are pulled from partner data feeds and can lag by minutes or hours. Always verify the final price on the provider's checkout page before paying.
How do I delete my account?
Email hello@10k-miles.com from your registered address and we will remove your account, saved trips, and alerts within 30 days.
