Terms of Service

10k Miles provides curated travel destination guides, price information, and links to third-party booking providers. We are a search and discovery service — we do not directly sell flights, hotels, or vacation packages. When you book, you do so with the third-party provider, and their terms govern that booking.

You may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription.

Some features require a paid subscription ("Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively.

Travel prices shown are indicative, sourced from third-party data, and can change at any time. We do not guarantee availability or accuracy of any price. Always confirm the final price on the booking provider's site before purchase.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including scraping at scale, attempting to breach security controls, reselling access, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

All content on the Service (guides, text, design, branding) is owned by 10k Miles or its licensors and may not be copied or republished without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 10k Miles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any booking made through a linked provider.
